New! Blueberry & Lemon Drizzle Cake. A new Madeira-like sponge with blueberries, steeped in a tangy lemon syrup and finished with caster sugar.

Not at all easy to stop the blueberries sinking but by folding them in slowly over time and not overmixing we're extremely happy with this new cake.
